Tormod Tveiteraas joins as Customer Success Manager

Tormod Tveiteraas joined New Wave Workspace from Novartis where he has been with Global IT since 2005 and have had various roles scoping email service operations , project office, value management and global data center operations. Tormod’s background as a trainer, senior project manager, data manager and service manager were key attributes for a very successful career to date.

Being from Norway, Tormod spent 4 years living and working in Denmark and Sweden, later gaining invaluable additional international experience from and one of the top 3 pharmaceutical companies, working in Switzerland for the last 15 years.

Tormod decided to join New Wave Workspace because of his interest in applying new technology to support increasing efficiency and higher user satisfaction for office workers.

At New Wave Workspace Tormod will be responsible for the training or our new hires, enablement of our customer success team and partners globally. Tormod will engage with our resellers’ sales, pre-sales, delivery, procurement and management teams in order to achieve our joint sales and customer adoption and success goals.
